Solicitor/Legal Executive (Conveyancing/Private Client)
An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established Legal Firm in North Wales. J W Hughes & Co LLP is looking to recruit a Fee Earner with experience in residential conveyancing and private client matters.
Key responsibilities:
Managing your own caseload and attending clients
Experience with sales, purchases, and re-mortgage transactions (freehold and leasehold properties) and preparation of documents
Liaising with agents, borrowers, and other solicitors as necessary
Knowledge of estate administration, preparation of Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
The ideal candidate will:
Have good organisation skills and perform work accurately and reliably
Provide excellent client care, with strong communication skills
Possess strong IT skills.
